服務業，服務?
水電瓦斯電話通訊，我每個月按期繳費，繳了一輩子，我開始租屋起，快五十年了，也用了一輩子它們這四家公司的服務。請問，他們這四類服務業，對我這種忠心耿耿的老顧客，又給了我何種優惠或者回饋？捫心自問，我還真沒感覺。
剛剛又接到一通電話，是水電瓦斯電話通訊其中之一，說很好聽，理由充分。結論是，要我增加一項服務，讓我能得到更好的服務品質。天哪！提供安全、無虞的服務，這不是這些服務業應該給的嗎？為什麼一直灌輸我們理由，說為了我好，減少被毒害，最終是──我得出錢！聽了就火大！

在U化的生活環境裡，人人都可以是一個出版家(Publisher)，但是.....。 Following Japan proposed the u-Japan policy in 2004, South Korea, the leader of broadband technology in the world, also established the u-Korea policy in 2006. On March 28, 2007 Taiwan government planned a TWD $55,600,000,000.00 budget for the next five years, to develop the ubiquitous society too. u-Publishing means the vision of the ubiquitous publishing, it is a prospect, in the u society everybody can be a Publisher. - A publisher, a printer, a professor of universities, etc...He received his Ph.D. in industrial education in 2007. And became a Professor at GCA of NTUA since April 2014. 從事印刷、出版、圖文傳播工作及技術與職業教育教學、研究、服務與輔導。曾任印鈔、製版、印刷業務等職務；後與長官共創印前設計、商業攝影、印刷複製與出版公司；新世紀起曾任數位內容研究、數位印刷機顧問；1978起兼任大專院校教職，30年後(2008)改為專任。Qiu-bai was a Graphic Arts graduate from the National Taiwan Academy of Arts; he received his Master degree from the Chinese Culture University and his Ph.D. degree of the Industrial Education Department at the National Taiwan Normal University. Qui-bai served as the Vice President of Hilit Publishing Company, Ltd, and has extensive knowledge and experience in Taiwan’s Publishing and Printing Industries. He now serves as a professor for National Taiwan University of Arts, and Chinese Culture University. He is a member of the Chinese Industrial Education Association and a member of the Executive Committee of Taiwan Golden Print Awards. He is also the Executive Supervisor and Governor for the China Printing Association as well as a Board member and the Chairman of the Information Committee of the Chinese Association of Graphic Science and Technology (CAGST).

繼日本在2004年提出u-Japan政策後，以寬頻技術領先全球的南韓也在2006年確立u-Korea政策方針。2007年3月28日國內也決定於未來五年投注556億元，發展優質網路化社會。
u-Publishing意旨建立無所不在的出版(ubiquitous publishing)為願景，也就是在u化的生活環境裡，人人都可以是一位Publisher。
